Our rental prices include accommodation, utilities (water, electricity, internet), access to building amenities (swimming pool, gym, etc.), basic toiletries, and weekly cleaning for stays longer than 7 days. Additional services such as daily cleaning, airport pickup, and laundry are available at an extra cost.
Standard check-in time is 2:00 PM, and check-out time is 11:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request, subject to availability and additional charges.
Yes, we require a security deposit of ₦50,000 for all bookings. This deposit is fully refundable within 3-5 business days after check-out, provided there are no damages or additional charges.
Our standard cancellation policy is as follows:
– Full refund if cancelled 7+ days before check-in
– 50% refund if cancelled 3-6 days before check-in
– No refund if cancelled less than 3 days before check-in
